West Meeting Minutes Wednesday,
In attendance: Treasurers Report: $12,192.00 Main Topics: Winter/Spring Projects - Turf for batting cages: Turf has been installed. Nets will be put up and the cages will be operational. - Paint Dugout Logo: to be painted in warm weather. - Stone around backstop and in dugout, etc.: stones to be delivered to alleviate puddles/flooding in dugout.
Apparel
- All apparel orders are in and will be distributed to players. - Apparel sales were very successful at the Opening Day Dinner.
Banners/plaques - Banner sales are currently approx $2,500.00 Banner sponsors will receive a Thank You plaque/team picture. - Dug Out Plaque: A proof will be designed for
Opening Day
Dinner - The Opening Day dinner was held on March 27 and ran smoothly. - Suggestion for next year is to request a wireless microphone. - Class reps need to follow up with some families who did not pay for Diamond Club membership - Class reps also need to follow up on obtaining photo releases for players. -The next fundraising nights for the WMC Diamond Club are April 9 and April 28. -The Diamond Club receives
10% of sales from
Spirit
Breakfast -The Spirit Breakfast will be held in the Cafeteria on May 10, from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Coach’s gifts -This will be determined by

Raising -Throw-a-thon: Pledge forms were due today. -Throw date TBD. -Money due date TBD.
Volunteers
Needed -Photos for JV & Freshman Games: Parents are encouraged to take picture and send them to class reps for use at the banquet and on the website.
